applicant was enrolled.
4. Learner’s Reference Number (LRN)
The student applicant remains temporarily enrolled if
he/she fails to submit any one of the above-mentioned
documents.
C. In Case Payment is Done Through Bank
1. Student applicant or his/her representative informs the
Office of the Director for Finance that payment has been
made, and submits pertinent information regarding the
bank transaction at ACEM’s gmail account.
2. Once payment is confirmed, the Finance Officer issues
an official receipt.
3. In case the parent or the representative cannot come to
school to personally pick up the official receipt for the
payment made, the Finance Officer may take a picture of
the official receipt and send it through the students’ or
parents’ FB account.
D. After the evaluation of the new student’s academic and
personal records, the Director for Academics may require the
following as deemed necessary to be done virtually.
1. Interview with the parents
2. Interview with the student applicant
3. Diagnostic Test
E. In case of onsite transactions, health and safety protocols
shall be strictly implemented upon entry in the school campus:
1. Observe social distancing
2. Stay at the designated holding area and practice turn
taking to avoid congestion.
3. Wear mask at all times.
4. Sanitize with alcohol upon entry at the gate.
5. Accomplish information sheet upon entry at the gate.
6. Step on footbath upon entry to the office of destination.
7. Loitering around the campus or school premises is strictly
discouraged.
8. Avoid physical contact with school personnel such as:
handshaking, embracing, and the like.
