Capacity Building Programs
For Educators, Parents and Students
I. Rationale
“There is nothing permanent in this world except
CHANGE”. Heraclitus, the Philosopher of Ancient Greece
maintained that CHANGE is the only reality in nature. This
is the truth that we all have to accept and contend ourselves
with. COVID-19 pandemic, has practically caught the world,
flatfooted so we have to evolve and flow with the changes
brought about by this phenomenon for the perpetuation of
the human society and to save this earth for the benefit of
the generations to come.
For this purpose, we, in education, cannot afford to be just
spectators, we have to be in the forefront of effecting change,
innovating processes and streamlining educational goals,
objectives, methodologies and strategies to suit the demands
of the changing times.
II. General Objectives
Realizing the necessity of adopting alternative learning
modalities to effectively respond to the national policy of no
