A. Introduction
The success of this Online Learning program is a corporate
effort of the learning institution and its stakeholders which
generally triangular in nature. The strength and endurance
of the triangle is a collaborative and a unified effort of
the school represented by the management, the teacher
educators, and the home represented by the parents and the
learners. The failure of one is the failure of all.
The object of ACEM is always for the benefit of its learners
because in one way or another institutional pride and
success can be measured most by the success of its product.
The ACEM Management is expected to consistently review,
formulate, and implement institutional policies to ensure
a safe, conducive, complete and technologically equipped
learning facilities, maintain qualified and reliable teaching
and non-teaching human resource, ensure the effective
management of all its resources, and respond readily and
responsibly to the needs of the constantly evolving world of
learners.
Learning in the new normal (without on site or face – face
instruction), all the stakeholders of education are expected
to perform their duties and responsibilities to the utmost to
ensure success.
B. The Educational Institution
1. Provide technical support through the purchase of the
necessary equipment and subscription to connectivity
and learning management system for an efficient and
effective online learning system.
2. Produce videos for the students’ learning kit
