a teacher educator can influence the total personality of
his/her learners. For this reason, teacher educators must
consistently subject themselves to the discipline of training
for the benefit of their learners.
II. Objectives
After three days of actively participating in the seminarworkshop,
the teachers are expected to:
1. Explore sources of ready to use teaching materials
and tools for effective transfer of knowledge and
development of skills and attitudes of their learners in
an online learning environment;
2. Demonstrate creativity in using the identified teaching
materials and tools to enrich their lessons and to deepen
learning in an online learning environment;
3. Engage online students with real-time (synchronous)
and self – paced (asynchronous) learning tools and
strategies in a virtual classroom; and
4. Ensure student success in an online distance mode of
learning.

IV. Seminar – Workshop Details
1. The Seminar – Workshop will be done onsite with strict
compliance to COVID-19 health protocols particularly the
observance of social distancing.
2. The Office of the Director for Academics will be directly
responsible in the organization and conduct of this
program.
3. Some of the teachers shall be asked to serve as resource
persons for the utilization of the various learning
management systems.
4. During the lesson demonstration, the presenter’s peers will
be allowed to give feedback for the benefit of the group.
